TERMS OF SERVICE
♡ Rules and Guidelines ♡
• MUST confirm that you are 18+ when commissioning me for NSFW• All prices are in CAD and will be processed through PayPal. Please provide your PayPal email upfront.• Payment upfront is preferred; clients have up to ONE WEEK to pay the invoice. Please inform me if you need a payment plan.• Please allow for up to THREE (3) MONTHS turnaround depending on the complexity of the piece and prior workload queue. If there is a concern regarding turnaround time, please contact me directly.• Currently the Rush fee is an additional 50% of your commission order. If your piece is needed by a certain date/deadline, please let me know during the email, therefore I can advise you whether the Rush fee will be needed or not.
♡ Before Commission ♡
All commissions will be processed via email: [email protected]. During the email conversation, the commission processing time and payment will be discussed.The final price may vary depending on the add-on elements (ex: Complex costumes, background, complicated poses with two [2] or more characters and etcs).Once we've finalized the price, I'll send you the invoice. Payments will be made via PayPal. All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) with approximate USD conversions available on my site. Unless we agree otherwise, payment is due within one week.Work on your commission will begin only after payment has been received.

♡ Rights and Policy ♡
• I reserve the right to edit, crop, and modify your commission for use as a sample or promotional material. This includes showcasing the work in commission-related posts, banners, or examples of my art style.• Claiming the artwork as your own creation is strictly prohibited.• All commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless we have agreed on commercial usage beforehand. If you’re interested in commercial rights (e.g., promotional materials, book covers, official character art), please discuss this with me prior to or during your commission request.• Refund Policy: Commissions are non-refundable once the initial sketch is approved.• Prohibition of NFTs: My artwork is strictly prohibited from being used for NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) on any platform, including but not limited to OpenSea, Axie Infinity, Rarible, Decentraland, SuperRare, or any similar marketplaces or technologies.• Policy Violations: Failure to comply with these terms may result in penalties and/or blacklisting from future commissions.• AI/ML Usage Clause:
If the client (you) modifies, alters, or repurposes the commissioned artwork using machine learning or AI technologies, without the explicit consent of the artist (me), you will be permanently blacklisted from future work. Additionally, any payments received for undelivered works at the time of the violation will be considered indemnification for rights misuse. In the absence of remaining funds, further legal action may be pursued.
